Fantastic experience: Will and Ben provide a dedicated gym with individualised attention in group sessions (but you can also have one-on-one training too). Classes would be rare to ever have everyone doing the same exercise, most receive individualised exercises amended for the individual's ailments. I have only been going a few years, but many of the community are well in excess of five years with the gym. To me that says something. Oh and that community is fun, engaging and includes from young teens, many ladies and even gents in their retiring years. It is a real drawcard to be able to exercise together.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at EnigmaWell for a little over a year now and couldn’t be happier with the training, culture and facilities. I’m not the religious trainer who gets there every day. One of things I love about EnigmaWell is that Will will check in to see how I’m going, yet I never feel pressured if I haven’t gone in a while. When I walk back in it was like I was there yesterday, everyone is friendly and it’s back to training. Then on the other hand, when I’m able to get committed, the focus and support allows my training to take large strides in short periods of time. The gym continues to evolve with new trainers who bring a new aspect to the workouts, ensuring it never gets boring and I’m always challenged in ways that suit me specifically. I highly recommend EnigmaWell to the part timers and hardcore alike.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined EnigmaWell and can't praise them enough. Will and his team of coaches are the quintessential professionals who make everyone welcome and comfortable, regardless of age. There is a wonderful community spirit and it's great coming together with a group of like minded people. I enjoy the outdoor bootcamps but there is also the option of small structured gym sessions.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at EnigmaWell on and off for 5 years. Will is a awesome trainer who has the ability to tailor his sessions and training to suit your needs. I started off in the small group sessions a few times a week. I saw some really good results really quickly - both in my fitness and skill levels. Will focuses on technique so you get the lost out of your sessions. I moved to the one on one PT sessions once a week to focus on some specific injuries and weaknesses I have. Will, and all the trainers, go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting everything out of your sessions, they help address nutrition, sleep and wellness!! You can find a good trainer anywhere but if you’re after a great trainer call Will at EnigmaWell in Petrie Terrace!
