Fantastic experience: Fitlane offers a unique training program. I love the variety of Personal Trainers and the mix of different exercises that work the entire body.... I never get bored with the workout. The 30min sessions are great with different time slots available to suit my schedule. I have noticed that I am stronger especially in my core strength. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve their fitness

Fantastic experience: Trainers are so lovely and really help personalise your session to suit your current situation and your goals. Really high quality workouts that only take half an hour so are really easy to fit into your day, and a really great atmosphere! Everyone makes an effort to make sure you're comfortable, enjoying yourself, and pushing yourself to the max.
