Eleven11 Training - CrossFit^® Envisage

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend eleven 11 training! It is such a great gym filled with amazing trainers who provide support through every workout. Their dual programming allows for flexibility and variety in training to suit everyones needs. Ace and Jess work tirelessly to ensure every member is looked after and enjoying each session. They have a built a great gym community and I would recommend it to any wanting to mix up their training with functional sweat therapy or cross fit!

Fantastic experience: This place…. totally recommend it – 10 out of 10. Fantastic relaxed environment. Ace and Jess love seeing (& pushing) you to grow in to your strongest, best & healthiest self – recognising this isn’t just limited to the workouts and lifting – but a healthy mind too! We are getting fitter whilst having fun and learning new tricks, lifting heavier weights while learning great technique, looking after the body and mind and all whilst making fantastic friends, enjoying social things outside the gym regularly! There is a good mix of very fit athletic people doing the prescribed workouts, to those of us scaling – but no matter what stage anyone is at there is always an awesome enthusiastic encouraging environment by everyone! Thanks to Ace and Jess and the team at Eleven11 for all you do..!!

Fantastic experience: It can be a little daunting starting out with a new trainer, but when Ace and Jess kicked off Eleven 11 after last year’s Covid lockdown it was an easy transition to make. Their enthusiasm, positivity and friendly demeanour make everyone welcome and you leave class feeling as though you can achieve anything. Everyone is treated equally whether you are a young gun or someone like me who sometimes struggles to get out of bed in the morning. Ace is an ‘ace’ Coach and the programming is brilliant. Running parallel streams in the one class caters for everyone’s levels and abilities. I love the Functional fitness (FST); it builds strength and cardio fitness and sets the foundation for when you want to move to the CrossFit WODs. Eleven 11 offers Gymnastic classes to help conquer those tricky gymnastic skills so needed in CrossFit. I can honestly say their programming works wonders. I have never been stronger than I am now since training with Ace and his team. If you are looking for a new place to train or always thought CrossFit was a bit beyond you, then give Eleven 11 a try. And don’t let age be a barrier, everyone is welcome. Eleven 11 has a terrific vibe with a close-knit community and coaches who actually coach. There is always something new going on, but don’t just take my word for it, come in and try it for yourself.

Fantastic experience: Ace is an amazing coach. Understands how the body is meant to move, technique over weight, takes his time with each individual and does scale accordingly if required. The gym has a good vibe, mix of new and old, fit and not so fit. I have trained at many crossfit gyms, this one is in my top 2. Highly recommended even for dropins.

Fantastic experience: Love Eleven11 Training!! Ace and Jess are always upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. A great friendly, community vibe. Training program is always varied, challenging yet rewarding. Definitely recommend and encourage everyone to try it out :)
