Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Chelle for a couple of years now and she has never disappointed. I feel very comfortable and confident that she can give me the massage that I need to get me moving, reduce pain as well as being more relaxed! Most recently I avoided a cortisone injection I had been waiting for after months with pain, as I no longer needed it, and I believe this was due to the massage I had with Chelle. I also find her approach to health and life really inspiring

Fantastic experience: Eichelle, at Fit for Life offers the complete package.I initially went to see her for knee/feet issues and her remedial massages were amazing. and her knowledge of anatomy is exceptional. I felt very comfortable and safe having her work on me and I was soon back on my feet. After time, I also joined her Pilates class- Fun class with no judgement,plenty of laughter, and movements  made easy for those that are not as flexible or agile.I can highly recommend Eichelle at  Fit for Life.

Fantastic experience: Returning to fitness was really scary for me. After 4 years without exercising I approached Chelle and as soon as I met her and went to her gym I felt really at ease. Her fun, friendly and laid back approach was exactly what I wanted and needed. She certainly knows her stuff and to hear her life stories while we exercise makes you feel really relaxed too. I love the metafit classes, short, but really intense, you feel amazing for the whole day! ❤️
