Progressive Fitness Solutions is a specialist rehabilitation centre in Suffolk Park, NSW. We provide Exercise Physiology services to improve health, functionality and performance. We also offer personal training, small group training and have a strong focus on functional fitness and injury rehabilitation. We are Workcover, Medicare and DVA accredited and offer rebates with HICAPS on most health funds. We help people recover from sub acute and/or chronic injury and manage chronic health conditions with tailored exercise and lifestyle modifications. Although we are located in Suffolk Park, we gladly service all of Northern Rivers NSW including Bangalow, Lismore, Casino and Mullumbimby.
