Fantastic experience: At the time of posting this I’m about 7-8 weeks into my training at Fit Stop Robina. I’ve owned and operated a gym of my own for 8 years and after selling I found training myself really hard. I’d genuinely got to a point where I thought I didn’t enjoy it anymore. I started here because my fiancé wanted to have a go and I’ll be honest I was hooked straight away. The gym itself is immaculate - top quality equipment and always clean. The trainers are welcoming, encouraging and a good balance of helping and letting you train hard. The workouts themselves are really good fun and I’ve found it easy to make 5 sessions a week every week. Something I don’t think I’ve done for 4-5years. Thanks guys, loving your work.
