Fantastic experience: Myself and a few friends went for a class on Saturday and it was awesome. Our instructor was knowledgeable and fun (sorry, ive forgotten your name!). Its now two days later and my muscles are sore but during the session i couldnt stop laughing and smiling. Definetley would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for almost a year now, starting as a complete beginner with no muscle strength whatsoever. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and place importance on building strength and flexibility in order to have more control and safety when dancing - while balancing those aspects with enough interesting/fun stuff to keep you motivated and engaged. Taking up pole classes has helped me with a lot my mental health and it is an encouraging environment even for someone with no prior dance or gymnastics experience. The studio staff also foster/model a supportive and fun culture between students which can help to motivate you through learning even more.

Fantastic experience: My little ones and myself got stranded outside in the freezing cold for nearly 2 hours at night, until someone from this building stumbled upon us and gave us a ride home. What an angel. Thank you so very, very much.
