Fantastic experience: Honestly five stars isn’t enough. The support in the environment is exceptional there facility service and help is amazing in all parts. They are always do nice and welcoming. Close distance to many places and easy access. They make a program as specific as possible to what you want to achieve which is one of my favourite parts as you complete it goes up in levels. Even though I don’t go anymore so grateful. I highly recommend them to everyone of all ages it is the perfect gym!

Fantastic experience: Even though it's listed as teenage fitness centre, it's great for adult strength and conditioning too. You can go through standard programs or personalised programs to suit your needs. Great friendly atmosphere, and the adult classes are always a ball.
