Fantastic experience: Just had a quick session with Malcolm regarding a issue with my knee. Malcolm quickly assessed the problem which I had for over a month and with a couple of short stretches and movements my issue was fixed. Very appreciative of Malcolm's time and knowledge.
Fantastic experience: Malcolm ROCKS. Best PT ever. All goals met and now I just continue with his group to stay motivated and fit.
Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend this program and trainer to anyone who truly wants to change their life. Both my physical and mental well being have and continue to be consistently improving, which is something I haven’t been able to achieve alone. I believe that a major contributing factor to this has been having a guide who firstly, is experienced and an expert in this field, who doesn’t judge and is very approachable and relatable, but most importantly, who’s first priority is looking out for you.
Fantastic experience: It has only been 4 weeks but I am very impressed with Malcolm and his drive to do everything in his power to help me achieve my goals (I've lost 6kgs already which would never have happened if I was doing it on my own). He always pushes me to try harder and break through barriers. He regularly follows up with me outside of our 3 sessions per week to check on my progress and that I am sticking to the meal plan. I have contacted him several times late in the evenings and on Sundays to get advice and he always gets back to me and is happy to help me out whenever I need. Would gladly recommend his services.
Negative experience: Non-transparent, Extremely unprofessional, Rude and accusatory, Disrespectful, Poor customer service skills, Would not recommend to anyone. Initially, I was happy to start training here although after conversing with the trainer about my personal situation, I was attacked for deciding not to go ahead and was not able to walk away without harassing text messages. I was blamed for not providing 14 days notice which was not mentioned to me as I purchased two sessions as a trial, which I completed. I was accused of not valuing the service after I explained my decision to not continue was for financial reasons. Assumptions were made about what I value which was incorrect, rude and completely unnecessary. After saying no numerous times, I was pressured with messages as to why I should stay. I confirmed that I did not doubt the ability of the trainer but it was for personal financial reasons. This was not taken into consideration AT ALL. The trainer was arrogant in his reply and I was made to feel guilty about my decision. I am disappointed and upset with the outcome as it should have been approached in a different manner. This is not a trainer who cares about the client but one who cares about receiving payment.
This review is completely misleading and false, Anna wanted 3 x 1 on 1 sessions per week and was only trying to negotiate a cheaper price than what is set for everyone else. I made her aware I have a budget option of small group training 6 x weekly for $69/week inclusive of the same personalised meal plan, measurements & training plan which has worked wonders for performance, results and posture for years now. Anna unfortunately argued there are more competitive rate for group training and insisted she wanted 3 personal training sessions on her budget or nothing at all.
EVERYONE gets there first session free & that is there trial. There is terms that state 14 days notice is required to keep stability as a business and for the client.
I'm really disappointed that Anna felt the need to write this review after all the time I spent trying to help her and get her started on her meal plan so she could achieve the set results we aimed for.

Zoe asked for a personal training quote from oneflare. I was doing follow up calls to old leads such as Zoe. Zoe was annoyed I called her during business hours and asked 'how I got her number?' When I told her where I was from and why I was calling I guess it didn't click that she requested 3 quotes a month ago for personal training from oneflare. I was trying to explain, she didn't want to listen, so she hung up found my company name which I told her and wrote this review.
