Fantastic experience: F45 Sale has been a great place to train, the coaching team are great and very inclusive no matter what level you start at. Lots of encouragement and good vibes. I would recommend this to anyone trying to get motivated to improve their fitness and overall health!!

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 because I wanted more from my workouts. The group training I find really motivating, the workouts push you but are designed for all fitness levels. Nic and the team have made me feel welcome and the best part, in my opinion, No mirrors. Okay so there is one tiny mirror that welcomes 'good vibes only' That's totally F45, good vibes

There is encouragement without pressure, a positive atmosphere and individual focus within the group. F45 Sale is a great place to work out in an affordable and fun way.

Fantastic experience: I Came to F45 7 months postpartum, super self conscious and genuinely scared to step back into any type of activity, all the team at Sale F45 have been incredible, so lovely and supportive and have made me feel so much more comfortable in my new mum body! Every morning is fun and the best start to our day! And to top it off they are amazing with my little girl You guys are just the best ❤️❤️
