Fantastic experience: Kat is a fantastic trainer, always watching for correct technique and adjusting workouts to suit any injuries or issues. She tailors her workouts according to you needs and is always so friendly and supportive, encouraging you to do your best - and making sure you achieve it. Can’t recommend her too highly.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Kat for over 12 years. During that time we moved from a commercial gym to Kat’s bespoke gym in Norwood. Kat and her now husband Johnny put an enormous amount of time and effort in developing a custom made personal gym which is an absolute pleasure to work out in. Everything you need to workout is in easy reach and there is no queuing for equipment. Kat is super organised. Programs are carefully designed to meet the needs of my partner (who trains with us as well). Kat has accommodated a range of challenges for me, including knee replacement (I trained up to a few days before my surgery and as soon as possible post surgery), an annoying hernia and most recently a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. Kat’s interest and commitment to rehabilitation have kept us on track and motivated to look after our bodies. I intend to keep training with Kat for another 12+ years. There is no doubt Kat will continue to challenge and motivate us with love and care. On a personal note Kat’s unlimited drive has seen her complete major runs throughout the country. Most recently she did a 115 kms trail run to go with a plethora of certificates she has from previous races. During Covid she maintained regular contact and trained us in various locations such as parks and our driveway. Her “never give up” attitude is infectious and has certainly kept us focused on our fitness goals. I can’t speak highly enough about Kat as a person and a trainer. I would highly recommend Kat to anyone wanting take on a fitness adventure.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kat for over 10 years with a particular focus on strength and conditioning for various treks that I have undertaken. Kat has a great understanding of training and her facilities are excellent. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Kat is one of the best. Each workout she develops is targeted at specific ‘niggles’ as well as overall strength and balance. The space is immaculately clean and her equipment is up to date. I feel stronger (and pain free) than I was 2 years ago. Thanks Kat.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Kat at Base 2 Summit for more than four years, two sessions a week. Very professional, expert level advice and training. But also friendly, relaxed and personable. Trained me up from very little fitness to enjoying weekly trail runs and occasional longer events. I'm not into training and running to "win", just to enjoy life being fit and strong. Kat is ya girl.

Fantastic experience: Kat is an amazing trainer! I have been working with her for years and she saw me through my pregnancy. I felt so safe and looked after. When Kat found out I was pregnant, she refreshed her knowledge on the latest information for lifting during pregnancy to make sure I was looked after. I had a fantastic pregnancy and I put it down to the care and strength training during this time. I'm back training with her post pregnancy and I wouldn't go with anyone else.
