F45 Training Halls Head

Fantastic experience: After a tough few months, I was needing to find somewhere I could get a quick workout in but would also cater for me to bring my kids along and can just seat on their iPads why I workout and F45 was the place!! Mel, Jeff and the team are so welcoming and give you the extra push you need to get you through! Any question you have big or small they are always happy to help. I am currently on my second challenge and love every minute. The work outs are hard but they are over in 45mins and I couldn’t see myself not working out here now :) Thanks so much Mel, Jeff and the team

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a great, easy and quick exercise program that I could fit in with my 7 days a week work schedule - that wasn't the same old grind - and kept me accountable to show up. Enter ▶ Mel and Jeff and the rest of the team at F45 Halls Head!! They are friendly, kind and energetic. They adapt any exercise to fit your needs for over 50's like me. 5.15am is the first session, so no excuses for me not to show up and its done and dusted in 45 minutes. It's been 3 months and I'm feeling better, stronger and faster - plus its great for the mental health!! Thank you Mel, you're the best.

Fantastic experience: I love the vibe, energy and push I am given to go further both mentally and physically. 7 months in and the support that is always provided is next level. I personally have been supported and guided to work around ailments/injuries/fatigue and have always been offered alternate movements for what I can do. If google reviews let me I would give 4.5/5 because you know, 45 is the hot #.....but 5 it is!

Negative experience: I have already tried your place out sorry. Wasn't too pleased with the trainer i got nor did I get great service from the owner who was there. No harm, no hard feelings, but the 1 star was deserved from my experience and I have no doubt its probably changed since then :)
