Fantastic experience: Just love the personal attention and care at this gym. Mark and Rachel are just fabulous. This has been a tough year with bushfires, floods and COVID, but they have reinvented the gym at every hurdle. We are very fortunate to have this business in our local community.

Fantastic experience: I am not a gym person but now over 70 decided to try and get stronger and delay age related things. This gym is well run, it's like having a personal trainer without the cost, I have been attending since January 2018, I am stronger and fitter, when you see an 80 year old lady who looks 60, you realise that what the health professionals keep on saying use it or lose it, well worth a visit.
