Positive experience: Fairly good atmosphere. Friendly staff. I feel the facility is a little small, and when there are a few people in there, it can become a little crowded. Overall, it is still a great place to begin achieving my weight loss goals

Fantastic experience: This gym maybe little, but it definitely packs a punch!! You want to self improve, it ticks all the boxes! In all the gyms I’ve been apart of, this one is by far the best. I felt comfortable, supported and encouraged from the time I stepped through the doors!! They know you by name, and morals are comforting! Plus Kay & his trainers are an absolute credit to the place.. Being part of the Muscle Garden Family is 100% true to its word! They started out strangers, and I now am apart of an incredible family Plus ya get 2 for 1 gym access! Winning
