Fantastic experience: So much fun!! I have trained in many places but so far this has been really effective. Lost heaps of weight and I’m loving how every class is a different mix. The strike class is a favourite Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Love Firefit!! Great class structures and variety in the schedule, convenient times and experienced and motivating instructors. I also love how the boxing bags track your output so you can see improvement with every visit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Fire Fit Kawana, the workouts are amazing and you can’t help but be motivated by the music and instructors! I was nervous to try boxing at first but you have your own bag and your own space to go as hard as you want. Give it a go!
