Fantastic experience: I have been looking for something more that will support my body to get back into shape. I have tried a couple of times, even though I was unsure and very nervous , the team there were so lovely and really supported and guided me through the whole way, I felt fantastic after both sessions and I look forward to more training , I'm totally hooked .
