Fantastic experience: Great exercise class to build strength involving weights and a variety of activities. Helpful for improving strength and balance & targeted at appropriate level for the individual.

Fantastic experience: I am part of the Aged Care program for Exercise. The experience I have had with EHF with Jesse and Tess at Ulladulla has been so rewarding. The classes are very well organised and on time. They are so supportive and caring to everyone in the classes. They individualise the program to care for the needs of each one of their clients. I highly recommend EHF - Ulladulla.
