Fantastic experience: Set foot into this gym 7 weeks ago as my first ever gym experience. The first time I was very nervous which was quickly erased, within 5 minutes I felt apart of a family. The growth I have seen in just my short time training is enormous due to the coaches being the best in their field nation wide. Everyone in the gym will take time to help and explain anything you need because they want to see you achieve your best. If you want to get strong and be apart of a family Don't settle for second best. Join the best!
