Fantastic experience: I have trained with fitstop for a long time now and the team at booval have been amazing since the day I first walked in the door. The owners are in often and are genuinely interested in you and your participation during classes. The trainers are so supportive, they are always behind you encouraging you to give it your all. The classes at booval aren’t huge which is great because you don’t feel overcrowded and if you ever need assistance a trainer is always there to give you guidance. The classes and workout style help maintain both my strength and endurance, which I have built exponentially since joining. I would absolutely recommend giving coming in and joining a class.

Everyone is encouraging and motivating, making every workout fun and enjoyable, I actually look forward to every session. Fantastic experience: To say I am a fan is an understatement. Ive been a member since March 24 and Im hooked. From the owners (who are awesome) to the trainers (who are amazing) youll be well looked after. The premises are clean and well appointed and if you love a structured workout then this is for you. It's no cliche Fitstop is a community and Booval is the best! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great functional training with the crew at Fitstop Booval. Great location. Friendly staff and members. They continue to improve the community training environment with monthly hikes, and all are welcome. Clean amenities and great timetable to suit shift workers and mums with children. Definitely recommend if you are thinking about changing your lifestyle habits for the better.
