Fantastic experience: I have been to Revitalize Cryotherapy for a couple of sessions now getting both heat - redlight therapy and ice treatment - full body cryotherapy cold treatment. Its very apparent from the moment you meet Lee that he is very passionate in wanting to help other people restore there health and wellness and provide a well balanced holistic approach to help with any ailments with your body or chronic pain issues Lee is very accommodating in explaining which service would best suit your needs. I cant recommend Lee highly enough whether you live locally or are down in the southern highlands for a weekend do yourself a favour and visit revitalise cryotherapy. Fantastic experience: Lee is very informative with all his treatments. I have medical issues that I was concerned with when I first started and the care and empathy Lee shows and talks you through every step of the way and explains in great depth all you need to know. I’m now going weekly and I can feel a difference in myself if I skip a week, I can’t recommend this highly enough to everyone even if it’s just for relaxation purposes
