Fortify Gym

Fantastic experience: Fortify has been my gym (and haven) for three years now, and I can confidently say the quality of training and advice has never wavered. The intimate classes make it feel like you have your own personal trainer and being a family-owned gym adds a unique warmth to the atmosphere. The emphasis on improving form and technique has improved my confidence in training significantly and the regular testing helps me to consistently push myself to achieve better results. Beyond fitness gains, the community aspect is exceptional—I've made amazing friends, making Fortify Gym an integral part of our local community. Fantastic experience: Used the gym whilst on holiday. Julian was excellent and very supportive. Swipe in yourself anytime until 9pm. Recommend using this over other Forster gyms.
