Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym where you walk in the door and feel instantly at home, this is the place for you. Never before have I actually looked forward to training and I've never seen results in both my physical and mental health like I have since I started training with Dean and Anthony at Storming Fitness in July 2022. The vibe is casual, and there's nothing pretentious about what you'll be doing. Learning to lift weights safely, concentrating on form and rehabilitation of any injuries as a priority over everything else. I was surprised how quickly I gained strength, even as I was learning the basics. The care and effort put in by Dean and Anthony is absolutely incredible. Strength training has given me an renewed confidence in what my body can do, as well as provided me with goals separate to weight loss to aim for. Conditioning classes are a twice a week opportunity to get my heart rate up and challenge myself - you never know what you'll be doing in these classes but the best part is you'll be sharing the gym with a bunch of incredible people, all there for the same reason as you - getting strong and fit and having a bloody lot of fun while doing it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at storming fitness for over two years now and i cant thank Dean and Anthony enough for all their support, training and customising workouts to suit my Personal needs.(lower back issues) And in the process while having fun I have lost over 25 kg thanks boys keep up the great work. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dean for the past 10 months and have noticed positive changes in both my physical and mental health. I particularly love that every week I notice changes in my strength. Deans constant support keeps me accountable and motivated. I love the diversity of exercises Dean provides in both one on one and group training sessions. Whilst Dean pushes me he is also aware of my personal limits/injuries and grades exercises accordingly. What is most important to me is that I am able to train in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment regardless of my knowledge. I highly recommend training at storming fitness. Tylah.S

Fantastic experience: Storming fitness is an amazing gym for functional strength and conditioning! It is a great environment and both coaches are incredibly supportive, helpful and have a great knowledge around all things health and fitness! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Storming Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I have been to. The trainers Dean and Anthony are awesome. They have helped me with the rehabilitation of my back injury from day one! I can now walk, play with my kids and lift weights pain free all thanks to their attentiveness and help. Forever grateful!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for about 3 years and it's great! I went from unable to walk my dog with a back injury, to able to lift good sized weights and be active thanks to Dean and Storming fitness. They helped with my rehab and continue to support and encourage me to get stronger every week. I will continue to train here for years to come and highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I love this training! Dean is an awesome trainer and my training finally has steady progress! I feel like I can track what I do and improve on it and not just see how heavy I can lift on the day! The only way I can describe this style is TRAINING WITH PURPOSE! Definitely the best gym decision I've ever made!

Fantastic experience: The expertise that Dean and Anthony bring to the exercise science field is beyond astounding. Both trainers create a fun, vibrant, and comfortable environment where you can smash your goals. The small group strength sessions enable the trainers to observe and correct lifting techniques, thus avoiding any unforeseen injuries. Love the cardio sessions!

Fantastic experience: Dean and Anthony are great coaches! They really support you in how best achieve your goals, and they really know their stuff. Small Group Training sessions are awesome, with a bunch of other great people. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to work out and kick goals at the same time. If you're thinking about joining, just do it. You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Storming Fitness for about 2 years now and I have loved every minute of it. Dean is an excellent coach and has a wealth of knowledge in strength and conditioning training as well as sports therapy. Dean always makes sure that my lower back is feeling good before lifts by doing extra warm-ups to ensure I get the best out of the session. Cannot recommend this gym enough
