Fantastic experience: The Hiit studio is my favourite place to be other than my home. I have been consistently attending classes 3-5 days a week for 2 years and have really seen an improvement in my physical and mental well-being. The highlight of my week is attending sessions with coach Em. Ever since she started to coach at Gunners I have seen my progress improve by twofold (or even threefold!). She is the best cheerleader and will never stop pushing me out of my comfort zone. Things I couldn’t do only a few months ago, I can now and that is 100% thanks to Em!! Highly recommend if you love to be part of a community and want to see what you’re capable of!
