Fantastic experience: What an outstanding gym this is. Visited the town for Christmas and got to Empire for my usual training. I was impressed with the variety and quality of the equipment. Facilities were clean, organised and members were friendly and respectful of one another. As a bodybuilder, this was everything I needed and more to ensure I trained well. Thank you to the team for letting my partner and I use your gym. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town

Fantastic experience: Excellent small town gym. Sorted out access for my partner and I up while we were back for few days over the silly season. Something for all types of training. Nautilus machines are unreal. Will be back.

Fantastic experience: Finding another gym that felt like home after our last one closed was hard but finally now with Chrissy and the team at Empire we found it! Love the spaces, especially the Lions Den. Heaps of equipment and no shortage of supportive gym members either. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has everything you could want or need with 3 separate areas each has an area for the kids there's room for everyone, very family friendly. The staff are always friendly & will answer any questions you might have. The recovery room with 2 saunas, an ice bath & compression boots is perfect after those big sessions! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: Chrissy & the Team at Empire Fitness are super accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Chrissy is a fully qualified PT and had great knowledge and experience previously training in body building! The space is always clean and the Lions Den area is incredible with loads of equipment including calibrated plates and the new recovery room with saunas and ice bath! Highly recommend stopping in.

Fantastic experience: Great family gym, accomadating kids with their kids room. My kids love it. Beautiful owners with very helpful Personal Trainer on site from 9-5.
