Fantastic experience: I just started attending Freedom (6 weeks) and I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. Great trainers, supportive members. Classes designed to suit all levels with no shame. Beautiful workout space with lots of room so you never feel cramped.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly recommend the Aqua classes. The patience of the trainers is very much appreciated. I attended my 2nd class today and am very much looking forward to going again in the New Year.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It’s an absolute jewel of New Norfolk! I’ve previously been to gyms and never kept up my attendance, but this gym is different. The last year I’ve been consistent 3-4 times per week and that’s because I really look forward to every class. The trainers are fantastic- they create workouts that push you to the limits and adjust the program for all abilities (beginners and non-athletic types like me!) also very patient, friendly and encouraging. They offer child minding 3 times per week so mums like me can manage to get fit physically and mentally! I can’t imagine my week without Freedom Gym!

Fantastic experience: Freedom has the ability to provide different things to different people, regardless of age or physical fitness. It’s not about the how fast or how strong, they focus on how you ‘feel’ - inclusive, welcomed & supported. So blessed that it’s part of our community.
