Fantastic experience: Wow! what a fantastic place - Alter Training, Arts n Industry Estate Byron Bay Alter Training is an amazing fitness centre, really focuses on recovery and also fitness. The trainers are knowledgeable and are happy to work around any injury or fitness goal you may have. The classes are fantastic, feel so good after every class and just gets you so motivated for the next. The sauna was a nice treat next time I'll try the ice bath.

The benefits of training this way, with a sustainable and holistic approach, means you can train 6 days a week without burnout. This is how it should be, training at a place that mixes it up and teaches you all the different ways to move your body - and the benefit of each different style of class to nurture different aspects of your growth. The added sauna and ice bath are just cherries on top and mean you’re looking after and learning about the importance of recovery as well!
