Fantastic experience: **Cool Ambience, Good Value, Friendly Owners** Have a couple of yoga seshes with my friends every now and then, able to hire out the room for that (split it between 4 and its only $12.50!!, 6 for even less) - but can also use it as a private training room (borrow some of the equipment or take my own and do exercises there (has big mirrors and own AC). Otherwise, there's plenty of different equipment to play with in the main gym - all around diverse and a different kind of feel from your typical gym.

Fantastic experience: Trained here while I was in town for fringe, Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! Not only are the coaches extremely helpful and knowledgeable which took my martial arts to another level, but the culture in the gym is outstanding. Everyone helps each other improve any way they can. If I am every Adelaide based I’ll be training here 100%. There’s great gyms in Adelaide, I tried 3 or 4 but this place stood out!

Fantastic experience: my 6 year old goes to kids class here. He loves it and really enjoys the classes. Very spacious and lots of space for kids to train properly.
