Fantastic experience: Kris’s loyalty to his coaching is outstanding the commitment that he has to every one of his clients is awesome. The coaching he has provided me over the past 3 years is something I have never experienced, he has helped me with every area of my football game and has played a huge part of my journey and my career, I wouldn’t be here without the work he has put into my programming, coaching and individual development. Highly rated gym, and amazing facilities.

Fantastic experience: I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Kris, for the incredible support and guidance he has provided to my daughter. From the very beginning, Kris has made her feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in her fitness journey. As a parent, it's reassuring to know that my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a trainer who truly invests in their clients' well-being and success. Kris provides a very warm and welcoming environment for all of his clients. Fantastic experience: Kris is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable strength and conditioning trainer. He is professional and friendly and is a great motivator. My daughter has loved working with him. His gym is a very welcoming and well equipped space.

Fantastic experience: Ares Strength Tullamarine Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturdays as well I have happily driven out from Brighton to take my super keen son to train with Kris. To do this we have had to get up at 5:30am. (40 minute drive each way) The only problem being I have had to get him to school by 8:30am and he has sometimes been late. Therefore, I have tried 3 other gyms closer by with one being an easy ride from our house. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have just kept on coming back to Kris…………. We simply can’t find a gym that comes close to what Kris offers. From the first day we walked in my boy found the exact inspiration he had been looking for with strength and conditioning that a serious cross country and track athlete needed. Thanks to Kris’s training, his strength, endurance and above all mindset quickly improved and so did his race positions. His running coach made it clear that Ares was the number one place to go and we certainly agree!!!!

Fantastic experience: I returned to athletics racing as a Masters athlete and have been working with Kris to build my strength and avoid injury. As someone with chronic back issues he has also been great at teaching me how to lift safely. I highly recommend Kris as a strength coach.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible training and support Kris has provided Breanna (my 11-year-old daughter) over the past few months. His expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm have made a significant impact on her athletic performance and overall well-being. He has a deep understanding of performance sports training and has an exceptional ability to communicate complex techniques in an accessible and engaging manner. Particularly with junior athletes. His tailored training program for Breanna has directly contributed to her achieving 5 Personal Bests (PBs) in valid trials in the following tests: countermovement jump (jumping performance), running jump right hand (jumping performance), running jump left hand (jumping performance), 20m sprint (acceleration performance), and AFL agility test (agility performance). Additionally, there is a noticeable difference in her footy and basketball. We cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Kris!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. Kris is fantastic. He has helped me so much with my running specific strength training and has helped me come back quickly and healthy from two injuries. The gym is a great, inclusive and supportive atmosphere, love it here!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my time at Ares Strength with Kris! Came after badly injuring my ankle for rehab, that process was very quick and efficient leaving my ankle stronger than prior to the injury. After fully recovering realised I that there was so much more I could build up for footy and stayed for the next 10 months! Gained so much strength and explosiveness which was easily translated into my footy. Can’t thank Ares Strength Tulla and Kris enough!
