Fantastic experience: One of the best sessions I've attended in the southwest. The class was small and intimate, providing an excellent environment to fully grasp technical practices. The coach was outstanding—welcoming, knowledgeable, and highly supportive. The participants were skilled, talented, and encouraging. I highly recommend the Lao style of fighting and self-defense. I met some incredible people and learned various tactics and skills. It's definitely worth trying!

Fantastic experience: Great Academy for Muay Lao fighting and boxing. Ben the owner is very skilled, friendly, family oriented and patient. The classes run for one hour and you work up a good sweat. Lots of gear to use, good facilities and big area to train. Very fun!
