I have been training for 10 years, through various methods such as strength training, weight lifting, functional movement, sport, mobility and flexibility. I have a passion for the way movement makes you feel powerful and capable.
I believe movement is a celebration of what your body can do. It shouldn’t be a chore, but a connection to yourself.Ridge was born as a space for women to feel comfortable and confident in their training and bodies.
Our classes run for 60 minutes and are capped at 6 women per session to ensure sound technique training, trainer presence and options for all levels of fitness. Each session offers options to ensure you are supported and progressing each week!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Jorja at Ridge Fitness for almost two years. Jorja is an amazing trainer !! She is patient and motivating and creates individual programs that ensure you safely build the skills and strength to reach your goals. Jorja’s passion, knowledge and vision has created a fun and supportive space at Ridge Fitness that is much more than just a gym.
Fantastic experience: Jorja is such a knowledgeable and skilled trainer and I love being part of the wonderful, supportive, fun community that she has created at Ridge. Fantastic experience: I have trained at Ridge for over 6 months now and absolutely love going Jorja is such an incredible trainer. The space and community she has created for likeminded women to train in an environment that is so warming and nurturing is magic. Fantastic experience: I have always exercised but had to be careful because I had a dodgy hip and knee. I couldn’t really put all my effort in ‘just in case’ I really hurt myself. When I first went to Jorja at Ridge Fitness I thought I would get a little program and then go and do it myself. This was over a year ago and I am still with Jorga. What she has given me is confidence to build strength. Turns out my injuries were from poor form and lack of supervision and correction. Some gyms focus on speed and high reps, Jorja focuses on form and is always watching and correcting. I no longer need to be careful, I can put my full effort in to exercising with confidence. I highly recommend Jorga and Ridge Fitness to help you be the best you can be. To feel strong and know I am building muscles and strong bones with her help is an investment in my health and my future. Thanks Jorja ❣️❣️
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Jorja at Ridge for over 6 months now. She keeps me motivated throughout group classes and solo sessions, whilst keeping the atmosphere fun and light. She checks in regularly to see how I’m feeling and is happy to adapt exercises if needed as we go through the month. She also nails giving me an extra push when needed too!! Love the fun, friendly and supportive environment she’s created at Ridge.
Fantastic experience: Jorja is AMAZING! We work hard every time, but its not just about the work out, its about being strong, and empowered. She is incredibly motivating but she's also created a wonderful sense of community within our classes. We cheer eachother on, we have eachother's backs, and Jorja knows our limits better than we know our own. I can ALWAYS trust her to modify things exactly as much as needed - without her babying me or making me feel like I 'didn't really work out' because of it. Her knowledge of anatomy and technique unlike anything I've experienced. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I hate getting out of bed early, but I always do for Jorja's classes - no matter how tired I am. Not because I'm a gym junkie, but be cause I genuinely enjoy them. I can't rate her (and Ridge FItness) highly enough!
