Fantastic experience: After my old gym closed it’s doors I had no idea what I was going to do as I didn’t feel comfortable starting at a new gym that I don’t know but I am so glad that I took the step and started at Star fitness.This gym has really covered all bases with their fantastic set up. Group training, PT, yoga, even being able to do your own workout! The trainers are so approachable, always there for you and always there to push you.They also have a great kids area with a tv/toys to keep kids occupied while you are working out.

Fantastic experience: The trainers here have helped me lose 15kg, I look forward to using these amazing new facilities to get rid of that last bit of baby weight!

The trainers are so approachable, always let you know how you're going and make sure you are doing things right! They work with injuries and rehab, just always interested in every individual which is very hard to find!
