Negative experience: Incredibly disappointed with product and service from Novofit. We are a Snap Fitness Franchisee with multiple gyms and have put in multiple complaints to this company. Told waits for replacements up to 3 months away.
Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve had an incredible experience with Novifit — from the moment we made contact right through to delivery and setup. The quality of the equipment is outstanding and has elevated our space significantly. But what really sets Novifit apart is their customer service — responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is spot on. Big thanks to the whole team for being such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for premium equipment and a seamless, professional experience.

Negative experience: I have had to email multiple members of the Novofit team around 10 times so far requesting an invoice for a $16000 order I made 14 weeks ago now. I was initially promised delivery of the order by the end of January by their sales rep who then quit, then promised a partial shipping of the order over a month ago now with no sign of it arriving. I am unsure now if I will receive my items at all. If you are hoping to get your items in a reasonable time frame with any sort of basic customer service go elsewhere. There has to be another way to access Eleiko products in Australia without this absolute time wasting nightmare.
Negative experience: It has been 56 days since I paid, with the order yet to be fulfilled and no contact without my reaching out. The internal sales coordinator Christine Phan last responded 4 weeks ago without an out of office reply. I'm not confident I will ever see my payment in full or have the order fulfilled. I would look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: 5 Star place. the customer service team is helpful kind and genuine. the ware house staff are 5 star amazing and the whole team in general is just such a pleasure to deal with

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, told pickup available any day then when tried to pickup was told person I need to deal with is not working, had to come back another day, quoted a price then told +gst on pickup and wanted to charge a handling fee. Swearing at customers is unacceptable.
Fantastic experience: I rang up for some spare parts, very helpful even though they didn't stock the equipment I use anymore they came up with an alternative option. Very happy with there service.
Negative experience: They don't worry about small orders. Have ignored me twice now after enquires. Don't bother unless your a gym or fitness studio.
