Fantastic experience: I have been training with Billie for a few years now, and I can honestly say she's the most knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate person I have ever met. I'm a mum of 2 young kids so navigating parenthood, full time job, and training do have it's challenges. Billie understands this and my check in has never been met with any judgement. If anything she has always encouraged me to be kinder to myself. I never thought I'd enjoy lifting but here I am 4 years later and have never looked back. I’m so grateful to have her in my corner—helping me become stronger not just physically, but mentally too.

Fantastic experience: The Best Decision You’ll Make for Your Training! I don’t even know where to begin. As a personal trainer myself, I know how fleeting personal training can be—sometimes you just want a few sessions, sometimes life gets in the way, and sometimes your heart just isn’t in it. But when you sign up with Billie, be ready to keep going. She has this incredible ability to know exactly what kind of push, motivation, or support you need in each moment. And because of that, you don’t even realise how the days, weeks, months—and yes, years—fly by. You just keep showing up. And I can’t talk about Billie without mentioning her passion for EVERYBODY powerlifting—if that’s what you want to do. She knows her stuff. Her online coaching is second to none; the way she can coach technique just from a video is a rare talent. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coached by with Billie for over 5 years now. She has coached me in many different life stages and man have I learnt so much! I came to her originally hoping to do a body recomp for my wedding, after being one of those women who used to do 8 week challenges and try survive on 1600 cal diets. Billie taught me how to fuel myself properly and we only did a brief dieting phase for the wedding. Since then my relationship with food and training has improved drastically. She shifted my focus from training for aesthetic or weight loss goals to getting stronger in the gym and rather than chasing lower kgs on the scales I started chasing higher kgs on the barbell. I have learn so much from her in regard to strength training and I have accomplished so many pbs in the gym under her guidance. Billie also guided me through a muscle gain phase, which was very confronting for me and I was really hesitant. But the strength that came with that phase was so rewarding and I felt amazing too. Billie is also an expert in exercise modifications required for pregnancy and post partum, and currently we are working together to rebuild my strength after having my baby boy. Billie always presents with deep empathy and compassion to any difficult situations you present to her and you can tell she really cares. I find her incredibly knowledgeable in so many aspects, not only the training side of coaching but also diet and nutrition. I believe you are truely blessed if you choose to have Billie coach you she’s worth her weight in gold.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Billie for nearly five years now and my relationship with training, food and life overall has drastically improved. She has helped me feel strong and confident in my lifting, and helped me find my love for moving my body. Billie is so supportive and compassionate, and understands the highs and lows of life. Fantastic experience: I really cannot recommend Billie highly enough. I started working with her after coming across one of her blog posts that spoke to me, despite living all the way around the world. I have not only gained great strength in the few years I have worked with her and competed in my first power lifting competitions, but also made strides in my relationship with food and body image, all things I had struggled with in the past. I only wish I was lucky enough to be able to train with her in person at TSF. I continue to refer friends and family to her whenever asked!

Fantastic experience: Billie is the most wonderful coach and I feel so lucky to have found her! I linked in with Billie hoping for supports to stay physically and mentally strong whilst going through IVF, with the hopes to utilise her knowledge throughout pregnancy and postpartum and she has exceeded all my expectations. Now that my baby is here, I appreciate Billie’s knowledge and guidance more than ever. I feel so safe training with her, knowing she will push me but also ensure I’m training appropriately for where I’m at in life. Billie is also extremely supportive navigating injuries and training. Fantastic experience: Billie is one of this world’s top powerlifting trainers for beginners and advanced lifters alike. She is an absolute beast when it comes to lifting, she’s one of the most passionate people I have ever met, and she’s unbelievably knowledgeable and kind. I have been working with her for 2 years now and I couldn’t even imagine trying another coach at this point. I seriously couldn’t recommend anyone more than I can recommend her! :)

Fantastic experience: I have known Billie for 2 years now and I can honestly say you would have to go a long way to find a better human being. She takes a person centred approach to those she trains and gets the best out of them in doing so. She is knowledgeable, insightful and knows how to eek the very best out of you. I am better for knowing Billie and receiving her tutelage. I am fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been in my life (now 46). I thank you Billie and all that you’ve done for me.

Fantastic experience: Billie is amazing. I met her a few years back by chance and am so glad I did, I have been training with her for over 6 months now and my attitude to food and fitness has never been healthier, and I have never been happier. I have proven that I am strong both physically and mentally and I owe that to Billie. I have been successful in weight loss in the past but this time I am actually happy and I believe in my abilities, that is because Billie empowers you to make the right decisions with your nutrition and training, she is tough and supportive. She's such an amazing person, trainer, life coach.

Fantastic experience: When I started in January with Billie it was as a personal challenge to see what I could achieve within a 3 month time frame. During my first consult with Billie we talked about what worked and what didn’t in the past and set some achievable goals we could work towards. Within my first two months working with Billie I had progressed so much further in my fitness and nutrition journey than I could have ever imagined. I have since learnt a lot about my nutrition and diet through tracking macros and have stuck to it. Billie has great communication and a great understanding of my goals and lifestyle which really helps keep me accountable week after week. She is also such a lovely, caring person and a ray of sunshine! I would 100% recommend working with Billie as a Personal Trainer and also as a Nutrition Coach

Fantastic experience: Billy is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever been taught by! She runs her classes at VA in a way that you feel connected with her as an instructor, yoga as a practice and yourself. Through her stories at the beginning of the class you go on a journey where she introduces the class with experiences and ways to overcome situations which can be difficult. She has a perfect mix of both heart pumping flow movements during the class and restoration meditation towards the end. You leave the class feeling refreshed and ready for anything! And if your lucky she might even give you a massage hahaha! I have had many people I know who have left her class crying due to opening themselves up totally. Billy is also willing to stay back and listen and give advice to anyone who may need it. Overall, her classes are perfect for any level of learners and she’s a legend and I think everyone should give it a Go! Much love to you beautiful soul xoxoxoxox

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable personal trainer and coach, you have come to the right place and found the perfect person. I've been training with Billie for over 4 months now, beginning with her 8 week Beginner Barbell Club program back in September 2018 and continuing on with the crew training at 7am four days a week. Prior to meeting Billie and beginning training and lifting with her, I was following an online body building program and an aerialist and spent my days at the gym with fear and doubt of moving safely to heavier weights and Barbell lifts. However, after beginning the Barbell Club and under her guidance, care, enthusiasm and love, I have flourished not only within the gym environment but also in personal self-care, self-love and confidence. As a coach Billie is all in, she provides you not only with the physical support and health and exercise knowledge but she also goes out of her way to provide you the mental support and friendship too. She watches, guides and encourages you to do your best so that she herself can do her best for you. The environment she creates and encompasses in the gym is one free of judgement and welcoming of all body types, experiences and injuries. So, don't think any further and take that first step to take control of your health by approaching Billie and witnessing the amazing work she does. Now if you want evidence that you will lift better and become stronger through Billie's coaching, this is the personal evidence here. I am a 24 year old full time healthcare worker who tore her left medial collateral ligament back in 2017 when I began at home training, tore her right medial and lateral collateral ligaments and suprapatellar tendon back in 2018 at the gym, and induced a disc bulge from bad technique (my fault) whilst training with Billie in November 2018. When I began training with Billie in September 2018, I could barely squat a 20kg Barbell, yet four months in and carrying all of these injuries with me (especially a severely unstable right knee), I can now squat 45kg, bench 30kg, and deadlift 60kg with heavier weights to come. Now, if that isn't enough evidence that Billie is an amazing trainer, then bring yourself into the gym to witness it all in person and with your own eyes. So take that first step and reach out, and trust me you won't regret this decision at all, happy lifting everyone!

Fantastic experience: Prior to meeting Billie I'd spent a lifetime dieting, my training had stagnated and I needed change. From day one there was a level of trust between us that I have not received elsewhere, Billie's knowledge of the body, nutrition and powerlifting is exceptional. Within 1 month I was hitting personal bests, managing my weight and enjoying the gym again. 6 months on and I have literally not felt better, I am so strong; physically and mentally, I'm happy with my weight and even considering entering a Power-lifting competition. Fantastic experience: I started training with Billie in February 2019. At the time I had no goals. Nothing. Beyond, "I love exercise, I just wanna train". I remember my first coaching session where I couldn't tell Billie a weight goal, a strength goal, an exercise goal...anything. It came down to; how many sessions can I really do without destorying myself and risking injury? My biggest issue was I hadn't thought about nutrtition. I exercised hard. But to me that just meant I got to party hard. I could justify every beer and every piece of cake with yet another gym session. Is that healthy? Hell no. But I hadnt thought about that. Billie has taught me so much about balance. The importance of recovery and the importance of having the right nutrition to chase my (newly developed) strength goals. 8 months later and I'm pulling 150kg + deadlifts and learning that I can't justify everything with another training session. I need to fuel my body to embrace everything it can do. I've learnt to love my body and not just trash it. Sure, I can have my wine (and she celebrates with me when I do) but she sure as hell keeps me accountable. Because I know Billie genuinely cares about my progress. She'll celebrate my wins and is there (quite literally) when I drop a squat (and is now one of the very few who can encourage me to get back up and just get it done). I'm so very lucky to have Billie as a coach and anyone should count themselves lucky to be apart of her world. Meg

Fantastic experience: I started training with Billie in July 2019 and from the moment she took over as my coach everything changed. She wanted me to increase my calories in order to achieve my goals but knew that this was confronting for me so added changes to my nutrition and training slowly until we had built that trust. I have never doubted her and noticed how much better I felt and how much harder I was able to train almost instantly. Billie is a rare find as she is not only a wealth of knowledge but she is passionate and genuinely cares about you and your journey inside and outside of the gym. She takes a direct and honest approach but balances that with support and understanding. I am now training with her at 7am which is a massive adjustment for me but that is how much I trust her and want to continue training with her!

Fantastic experience: Working with Billie will change your life. It certainly did change mine. She has this indescribable aura...this magnet that brings incredible people together. And you do want to experience it. You do want to be a part of it. When I met Billie, I had just walked into a gym for the first time in 10 years. I was scared: new environment, new people, asking my body to do things that seemed impossible and I just didn’t know what to expect in a gym without a treadmill. So when I walked into this gym, questioning most of my life choices, I just wanted to turn away and run back to my car. But before this message got transmitted from my brain to my legs, l hear Billie’s voice, and with that I don’t have any other option but to stay and do my best. Because Billie believes in me so much and because of that, I don’t want to disappoint her. I value her hard work and dedication. She is there for me every day, and not just when we’re training together, oh no. When I need someone to talk to, she’s there, taking me out for coffee on my lunch break. My life is completely different now. I pay attention to what I eat, I’m more aware of what my body needs. I sleep more, I move more. And four times a week, I get up at 5.45 for my 6am session. This is the biggest miracle. I am not a morning person. But I’ve proven to myself that I will always show up for my sessions and myself. That’s just what I do. I listen to my body now. I acknowledge it. I recognise it’s wants and needs. I’ve seen how looking after my body can improve my mental health. And I don’t hate it, as I used to. It’s all pretty amazing.

Fantastic experience: Billie has been not only my coach for 7 years but is also the only person I trust with my training. Billie has a holistic approach to training, which makes me feel so comfortable to say if I’ve had a stressful week and my training has lacked in some way because of this, rather than feeling guilt because of a mental health problem. Billie is understanding, knowledgeable and most of all caring, I have recently committed to a year training with Billie and 8 weeks in already feel much more confident and strong, I can not wait to see the results that come from a whole year. Summed up shortly, Billie is an amazing coach and even more so an amazing human, I don’t know where I’d be without her ☺️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Billie since January 2019 and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. I have a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me. Billie is knowledgeable about all aspect of fitness and gave me some excellent advice regarding nutrition, stretching and taking care of my body. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She inspired me to change my mentality about food and I’ve now got into a more natural and healthier habit. I’ve always been active but not an athlete – but this doesn’t matter, as in my training with Billie I am always treated like one!!! What I've gained most from Billie is a feeling that fitness can be its own reward, and that I'll always have someone by my side when the times are tough. Though you might be actually in the gym with Billie for just hours a week, the lessons you learn stay with you so much longer than that, completely changed my life!!!
