Positive experience: 5 star's for location but 4 for equipment, it's just not enough for all that ya need this type of thing for, u end up stretching ½ ya body but it's in a beautiful position rite near the lake and atleast we have one I gess.

Fantastic experience: 3xercise is fun this is the place I find my daily intake after work times varies but the weekends the early bird catches the worm too early for tennis although those ab core workouts are keeping me on my toes.....

Fantastic experience: Exactly what's required, should be the standard in every park; this set can easily accommodate a full-body workout during lockdown. For those seeking a routine, Google the "Reddit Recommended Routine"; basically just superset these pairs with 90s rests: Pull-Ups + Squats. Dips + Nordic Curls. Push-ups + Rows. Leg Raises (front & side) + Reverse Hyperextensions.

Negative experience: It was ok, would be better if we provide more equipment

Fantastic experience: Named Kippax Fitness Station as per photos attached. Clean, tidy, plaques with suggested exercises, surrounding grass and shade. Bubbler right next to it.
