Fantastic experience: This gym is the best! It is group training and I love it because it is daily training at the same time with the same people and it is guided so no thought is needed. I have gained muscle, lost fat and made new friends. Winning!

Positive experience: I loved F45 to the point of after going to F45 I haven’t gone to a different gym cause nothing compares it’s just to expensive
