Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son signed up to do boxing with Dominic and absolutely loves it. Dom is great with the kids and keeps them focussed while passing on his knowledge in technique and doing fitness and strengthening exercises to compliment bag and pad work.

Fantastic experience: James, a boxing coach unlike no other from what I’ve experienced. Always high energy in the mornings and will give you detailed feedback on where to improve throughout the classes plus making you feel at home

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly recommend No Limits Gym. I have always played team sport & fought with motivation to properly train by myself without teammates around challenging me. Gym days were never as fun as track days back then. However that changed when I discovered No Limits & boxing. The communal environment Jase & Jen have created is every bit of motivation I need. The dynamic of people inside the gym are what sets it apart, no egos, all positive, for me it’s nothing but fun & sweat. Cheers, Jamie
