Fantastic experience: Great gym! Awesome trainers who put lots of thought into each session and help you improve all the time. I never thought I’d be able to lift heavy and it’s really fun getting strong! Tahnee is amazing and works with people with different goals and helps everyone to constantly be better. Great community vibe lifting each other up and celebrating each other’s achievements. Great way to start my day! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: My name is Joel, and I am the Head Coach of the National Fitness College. Fantastic experience: Inspired fitness is such an amazing gym, I spent years in 24/7 gym and I came to a crossroads with my training, not knowing where to go next. I contacted Tahnee via instagram from just talking on there to being trained by her and her crew has been such a pleasant experience. I'm in a gym where I feel safe, I feel like I'm part of a family, no question is silly and theyalways will point you in the right direction whether it be fitness or nutrition. Most importantly I'm seeing results. My aim was to gain muscle and lose body fat and that's exactly what's happening just 9 weeks after joining Inspired Fitness. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Brian & Bella's 8 months with Tahnee! Tahnee has been a great teacher to both Brian & I in many ways. Our aim was to lose 7 kgs before an overseas holiday to start. But with both of us in our mid 50s we also recognised that we needed to improve our fitness as well as to start looking after bodies better especially our muscles and bones. Did we achieve our initial weight loss goal yes and then some. But the most important thing was that we were educated about our bodies through fitness and nutrition. FOOD - what did I learn? To be mindful whilst eating/chewing my food – i.e. think whilst chewing and take my time. What to eat and how much to eat. Tahnee prepared separate food plans for both of us to suit our likes/dislikes whilst keeping same ingredients just different quantities so that we could obtain maximum results. Once we got the quantities learnt .. the rest was easy. I had lots of gut issues to start with, I still do some days but not how I did. I believe that the change in what I eat now is why I am better. FITNESS - what did we learn? Enjoying going to the gym - now for those of you that know me ... know how much I hated going to the gym. Now I love it! How to use equipment properly, correct techniques and to engage muscles and core and to really think about my sets before we start. We have learnt to understand our bodies better and when to push harder, don't get me wrong we work hard but at times not even realising that we are as we are enjoying what we have achieved and learnt along the way. IN GENERAL - what did I learn? I have learnt it's not about how much I weigh. It's about how my body and mind has changed. The level of strength and fitness I have surprises me daily, and there is still more that I want to achieve. My physical and mental state also surprises me. Strong body, strong mind!

Fantastic experience: Tahnee is amazing. She is so supportive, is super encouraging and always helps me feel really comfortable in the gym . Her knowledge and nutrition advice is spot on. She is super friendly, very easy to talk to and I look forward to our PT sessions every week. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this incredible lady. I joined the gym 2 years ago where I met tahnee..she is one amazing lady she showed me technique strength and how to manage my nutrition. Fantastic experience: Tahnee from Inspired Nutrition and Coaching has been working with my daughter for the past 6 months doin 2xP.T sessions a week. My daughter is an NDIS participant and with Tahnee’s guidance and knowledge she has helped my daughter rebuild strength and stability after harsh chemotherapy treatment had deteriorated her muscles and she required the use of a wheelchair and walking frame. She no longer uses the wheelchair or walker and now only requires minimal assistance when walking. I cannot recommend Tahnee enough!
