Fantastic experience: Very friendly gym. Great classes at affordable price!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Movement for around 8 years. Leaving a big brand gym I was grateful for a more intimate quiet space for my weight training, where everyone is welcome. They have wonderful, down to earth staff throughout the facility. And a great creche for mums! I draw so much inspiration from all the mature age people who attend and get to have great chats with many of them every time I go. The reformer Pilates made me love this place even more and is the best value in the area, by far. Treat yourself to a Reformer stretch session for ultimate recovery. Thanks team, grateful to be a member here ❤️

Fantastic experience: My adult autistic son and I always felt welcomed by the friendly staff and fellow gym members. The flexible hours and great equipment, often sanitised made a safe environment. More importantly, membership very affordable.

Negative experience: Small gym. Looks like a hole in the wall. Wish they would spend some money in new equipment. The integrity equipment is at least 10 years old and healthstream cardio is worse on the market. They don’t repair the pads either. With rips and damage upholstery all over. It is cheap though and I guess you get what you pay for

Negative experience: Poor communication. No notification about gym getting back to operational . Website not updated about opening hours. For members who have paid yearly membership, it's been taken for granted. Gym not concerned to communicate or notify us money is already paid . I am with this gym since 3 years , with new management, I would rate it has gone worst. Earlier it was friendly local gym , but right now it has gone down side with everything except couple of new equipments.

Fantastic experience: Since the owner change i can't recommend this gym enough! Fantastic friendly staff, new equipment and heaps of sessions to choose from. It's definitely bang for your buck!
