Fantastic experience: I’ve only been going to Kates for the last month or two and the classes are so good. I go to the strong girls class which is a very inviting group of girls and boy the soreness after is AMAZEBALLS!!! Class times are just perfect Great for training with others

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Kate for a few years now. At first, private sessions because the gym is pretty daunting and now joining her group sessions which are great! She explains things well and never yells at you. Awesome setup too!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Kate for over 4 months now in the strong girls classes. The gym she has built is clean, beautiful and has everything a gym needs. Kates passion for providing a high quality tailored strength program has been fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone beginner through to advance. If you want to get strong go see Kate.

Fantastic experience: Kate is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. She allows you to work to your own goals in a safe small group session and provides tips and tricks to perfect form with a goal for maximum results. I enjoy my sessions - though Monday leg day sets me up for sore legs for the week (a good sore!) Would recommended to anyone wanting to start strength training or progress their current training!
