Negative experience: If I could give 0 star I would. Service and professionalism is atrocious. After hearing good news about this studio I decided to give it a go,I had high expectations which were immediately crushed. Upon arrival I met Jen (f45 team member ), she was extremely rude and unprofessional and gave me the cold shoulder. I immediately felt unwelcome and my feelings disregarded. I spoke to a couple of my girlfriends who have also attended this studio, and to no surprise they all had the same experience with Jen. This is very disappointing as the rest of the staff (in particular Zoe) are nothing short of amazing. As long as Jen works there we will NOT be returning.
