Fantastic experience: These guys are the best trainers I've ever had in 10 years of being coached. Their attention to detail on your needs and plan are unmatched and they will individually tailor their approach to fit your goals and your needs better then anyone. I recommend contacting them as soon as you can, because their services and their facilities are second to none in Melbourne. Their gym is equipped with everything needed to take your athletic performance to the next level, and on top of that they are great people.

Fantastic experience: From the get go it was clear that Robbie and Tyson knew their stuff. I've had many experiences with different gyms and trainers and by far my experience at GRIT was the best. They performed a full analysis of my weaknesses and imbalances and created a comprehensive gym plan to help me achieve my goals. Their program was high quality, easy to follow and had any questions on form answered instantly with in depth feedback. My program was also tailored to the equipment I had available aswell as my current sport training load. Truly a first class experience especially considering the price point. I could not recommend GRIT highly enough to anyone looking to take their training seriously and pursue their goals!

Fantastic experience: The best performance gym in the south-east suburbs! I've been training with Robbie for almost 7 years, and Tyson for 2 years, and they are both fantastic. I've learnt so much about how my body moves, injury prevention, strength and speed work, and what's important for my performance in season and off season for sport. I recommend then to everyone I meet! They also have online offerings and a great testing protocol to ensure your always challenging yourself.

Fantastic experience: Bobby and Tys are great coaches with a wealth of knowledge. The gym has a welcoming, fun and motivating atmosphere. Not only do they want to educate you so that you are a better athlete in the long run, they make sure your competitive juices are flowing with various testing periods to ensure you know exactly where you stand currently vs. where you began.

Fantastic experience: Robbie and Tyson are hands down the best athletic performance coaches you could ask for. I would highly recommend their services whether it’s return to sport, strength & power training, injury prevention, performance testing, they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable across individual and team sports, field/track sports to help achieve your goals. You won’t just be another ‘number’ stepping into their gym, they are genuine, attentive and go above and beyond for each individual athlete. Honestly, I’ve been through multiple sports injuries over the years and I’ve never felt more confident in myself to compete competitively than before. Keep up the awesome work lads!

Fantastic experience: GRIT has been working with my local football club for close to two years, assisting across our entire mens and womens football program to help our players prepare for competition, recover from injury and be the best players that they can be. The GRIT coaches have a deep understanding of physical preparation and are able to communicate this using clear, simple cues which are understood and thus actioned by our players. As well as being great, knowledgeable coaches, the GRIT team are great people who have adopted and added to our clubs strong culture. They are often the first to arrive and last to leave at training and go above and beyond their role as S&C coaches at the club, giving personalised feedback and advice, running extra sessions outside of regular trainings and assisting with our mental preparation. I could not recommend GRIT more highly to teams or individuals looking to improve their physical performance.
