Fantastic experience: Honestly can not recommend the EMS girls enough. I have been coming for the last few months, at least twice a week. I’ve honestly seen such an overall improvement of my health and instant results. I really have not felt this good in so long. I leave each session feeling as though I have done an hours worth of exercise when it has only been 20 - 30 minutes - which suits my work life balance so well !! The girls encouraging and passionate nature honestly motivates me to keep pushing to better myself. They really take the time to get to know me, my capabilities, my lifestyle and ultimately help me to achieve my goals. Highly recommend the EMS girls :))))
