Fantastic experience: I was in town for work and popped in for a workout, I was blown away with how clean, tidy and fresh the gym was. But what really stood out was how welcoming, professional and dedicated the owner, and all staff were. I really look forward to my next workout at F45 Emerald.

Fantastic experience: I always thought you'd have to be fit to be a part of F45, you don't! Everyone fits in, the crowd is so supportive. For me is was about getting moving again, and life is busy, all I have to do is get myself through the door and within 45mins I've worked up a sweat and ready to keep facing life's challenges! Thanks F45, I see this as a long term change for me and something that is obtainable!!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend f45 emerald highly enough, these guys are welcoming, caring and professional. Does not matter what level of fitness you are at to enjoy the classes and the results are amazing. I've never felt or been fitter than what I am now after just 6 months of turning up! The tunes are always great too!

Having coaches on the floor every session to encourage and tweak technique is fantastic. Since joining F45, my passion for lifting has reignited!! - I am always learning something new and loving the increased mobility and fitness I now have since adding F45 classes to my own training. Regardless of your fitness or strength goals, every session will push you if that's what you want. Thank you Mardi, Stacey, Lisa, Claude, Indi, Gareth, Mal & Keely, you all do such an amazing job and it's so nice to be greeted with a smile and a hello every session. Fantastic experience: What I like about f45, is there's no mirror that can give you that self conscious feeling because your hair is messy or you look weird doing a squad or a burpee etc. All the staff knows your name, they're always on the floor keeping an eye on everyone, making sure all is well. I feel more fitter, healthier since joining.

Fantastic experience: F45 Emerald is brilliant, the staff are welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. The team are always eager to help and encourage you every session. I love the friendly group training environment at the club and that all exercises can be scaled to meet you where your fitness level is currently at. The bonus is, when you join as a F45 member you also get a new gym family

Fantastic experience: I joined f45 emerald 3 months ago. From the moment, I walked into the studio I was made to feel welcomed. a place where everyone knows everyone’s name. A great place to work out multiple trainers on the floor . Every one Encourages and motivate you and push you to do better and to be better. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming and supportive. Definitely would recommend F45.
