Fantastic experience: As a former pilates instructor, I enjoy the challenge and meticulousness of Gill's lesson planning. Both Ed and Gill are very creative and I particularly was impressed by Mina's effortless cueing. I am looking forward to seeing some positive improvements in my fitness as I have struggled with scoliosis for over ten years. The variety of classes BPS offer together with the expert instruction makes the studio unique to the area.

Fantastic experience: Mina was absolutely amazing! They have very small classes so you get a lot of time with the instructor, and can really work on your form. the space is brand new and beautiful with lots of sunshine. I highly recommend this class for people at any level of pilates!

Fantastic experience: BPS Tensegrity team look after me and keep my aches and pains away. I move freely and flexibly. I go twice a week and don’t like to miss a Pilates session. At 68 years of age I feel very flexible and strong !! I also have osteoporosis so Pilates is helping with my bone strength and muscle strength. Thank you BPS I love my Pilates with you ❤️

Fantastic experience: After years of seeing many different physiotherapists, chiropractors, etc., I finally found a team of amazing practitioners who know how to treat the cause of my mobility problems, and not merely the symptoms. Coti and Lana are incredible, friendly, and professional. They genuinely care about their clients and celebrate every little achievement with you. They make the hard work fun while pushing you to your limits. Thank you for what you do!

Negative experience: My cervical spondylolithesis has been treated by a number of Physios over the years. I have pain in my neck, radiating into my shoulders and finger tips. Never before have I had an issue. The treatment here was very different and not in a good way!

Fantastic experience: I tried a few other physios in the area but found these guys are much more thorough and explained everything to me very clearly. Very happy I went!
