Fantastic experience: I have been training with Serge for about 10 months and it has been a fantastic experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable and insightful, and takes the time to understand your goals and physical abilities. The workouts are always fun, challenging, and tailored to keep you progressing. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my strength and fitness, and my husband has now also started training with him. We will definitely continue training with Serge and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive personal trainer.
Fantastic experience: I’ve such a great experience working with Serge. It’s not just the exercise, it’s the education around why the types of movements are important for the body. I’ve experienced much less low back pain and feeling stronger with each week. Highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend partnering and working with Sergey, he is a true professional with incredible knowledge. He is dedicated to sharing his knowledge through practical explanations & making it work for your body & level. Sergey has been so passionate about supporting myself, a non athlete, in achieving my goals, I have never once felt silly or not good enough. A stand out moment working with Sergey has been the fact he's never asked me about my weight. Growing up in the 90ies I was subjected to the too thin culture & girls being talked to about their weight too often over more important things. Sergey made a comment that I looked stronger and I was so impressed with the compliment as that's what we have been working on. This observation & recognition of moving towards my goal meant so much to me. I have of course lost weight & toned however he naturally noticed and recognised my gains towards my goal. Sergey is more than a PT he is a dedicated supportive professional who is disrupting the fitness scene & worth contacting. Thank you so much Sergey, I look forward to continuing to partner with you on my goals.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Serge for a couple of months now, and I’m really happy with the results. Fantastic experience: Serge is an absolute legend. His knowledge and expertise in the strength and mobility niche is unparalleled from my experience. I came to Serge wanting a new way to train, I arrived stiff, constantly sore from training and ongoing issues with my neck and hips, those issues are long gone. He always spared time to really listen to what was going on with me, life, training, work, all that factored into tailored pt sessions and weekly programing. We spent 6 months together, and after a short break I'll be back with with Serge for another stint. My body composition, flexibility and range of motion after my time with Serge has all changed for the better and I have a new outlook on what training can be He's not only been the best pt / trainer I've had. But has also become a good mate.
Fantastic experience: Serge is a superb trainer. Absolutely knows his stuff. He has an extremely high attention to detail and genuinely cares about your specific requirements and fitness progress. My wife and I have trained with Serge for 8 months. I was planning on doing a spartan and had seen serge working out at the gym. I instantly thought ‘that’s the trainer that will get me ready’. He researched the event and what was involved including the cardio and obstacles and wrote very specific programs for both my wife and I recognising our varying strengths and weaknesses. He was passionate about our progress in the gym in stretching, strength and conditioning and sent us off to our event well and truly ready. We are very grateful to have Serge as our trainer. 5 Star Trainer.
Fantastic experience: Hands down the most all round training I've ever done. Serge is so knowledgeable, he manages to keep me fully engaged with regular new exercises. Not only have I been able to gain strength in areas I want, but also massive gains with flexibility and mobility at the same time. Not to mention he's one of the most down to earth, genuine people you could meet. I couldn't touch my toes before, you should see the difference only a few months in.

Fantastic experience: I've been having sessions with Serge for a few months now and its been a game changer! So good to have a clear plan and enjoyable tailored routines improving both strength and mobility while working towards my goal of cracking the handstand (its a journey!).
