Fantastic experience: I did the prenatal course with Mel, and the postnatal with Jenni and Mel — both were fantastic! Very well run with special attention paid to common problem areas from pregnancy. Having an extra teacher in the postnatal class to hold bubs when needed was also a massive bonus.

Fantastic experience: Offspring yoga's prenatal and postnatal courses are fantastic ways to maintain strength and flexibility in preparation for birth and beyond. The classes are quite active but suit all abilities, and encourage a really supportive community of like-minded mums. The prenatal classes were full of stories, tips and info, including guest speakers at the end of some classes, which really helped in preparation for birth. Postnatal yoga with the babies is a highlight of each week, with such positive vibes and no judgements so mum can get some yoga time, even if baby is having a bad day!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed this yoga course so much I did it twice during my pregnancy. As someone who had done quite a bit of yoga beforehand I appreciated how active the classes were and how you were given lots of options depending on your fitness and ability.

Fantastic experience: This has been a wonderful yoga class and has provided a great opportunity to meet other mums. The practical advice and emotional support have been a huge help to me during my pregnancy. Would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: Loved my first yoga experience with Offspring yoga, great teachers and friendly environment, signed up for the second term already. Definitely recommend it for new mums looking for some relaxation with bubs

Fantastic experience: I have participated in both pre natal and post natal classes (with my bub) and love them so much I just keep coming back for another round! I love having Jenni and Mel as guides and how they share the teaching of the class to provide us Mum's with additional support for our bubs. They promote such an enriching and encouraging space for Yogi's of all shapes, sizes, abilities and are both excellent yoga instructors. The women and babies I have met this these classes have become good friends and this class is a highlight of my week with my daughter. I negotiated my return to work days around my Offspring Yoga day! Thanks Jenni and Mel xxx

Fantastic experience: Offspring yoga runs the best prenatal and postnatal courses in Canberra. Not only does it prepare your body and mind for birth but let’s you connect with women once you have had your baby. I can honestly say I have formed some amazing friendships through Offspring yoga. Attending yoga each week whilst pregnant and now with my baby is the highlight of my week. Thank you Jenni and Mel

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the prenatal yoga - Jenni is amazing. These classes really helped me throughout my pregnancy and gave me practical tips during the birth of my daughter. Wonderful classes!

Fantastic experience: I have done both the pre and postnatal courses and they are brilliant! The instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable and I really feel the classes have made a huge difference to my pregnancy and now motherhood journey both physically and mentally.
