Fantastic experience: Help yourself take a step towards your goals by coming and checking this gym out. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody looking to make positive changes in their life. It's not only an MMA gym but also runs enjoyable and effective group fitness classes. The coaches are highly skilled and very professional but most of all they care about helping you get the most out of your training. They always take the time to properly demonstrate techniques and exercises whilst ensuring the classes are aimed at all skill and fitness levels. There is also a fantastic gym culture built on respect and encouraging each other irrespective of fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Alliance for a few years now and I would recommended this gym to anyone regardless of their experience, fitness level or age! When I first started training there I didn’t think I’d be able to do half the things I’ve set out to do and it really has given me more confidence inside and outside the gym then I thought possible. The trainers are very experienced, professional and friendly. they always take the time to help you and can slow things down and show you if your unsure or need help. The effort, passion and quality put into the gyms training and culture is also what I love about it. It is built into the culture of the gym that that everyone takes time to acknowledge new people and make them feel welcome. if you’re where I was when I first started you might feel a bit shy or even a bit nervous about signing up, my advice is to just come in have a look around and see for yourself. Talk to the coach’s and the people that train there, trust me won’t regret it! :)
