Fantastic experience: What an awesome well set up and friendly gym. I went for a pt session with my son and Shona was fantastic and made him feel safe and welcome. He loved everything and would not stop talking about his session and wanted to go back straight away.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great trainers who care. They do offer great pt sessions. The gym is always clean and tidy. They do boot camps and fight classes and general classes. Fight classes are great for fitness and they get your technique up so if you want to take that next step and jump the ropes you can. General class is a mix of boxing and Muay Thai but more just for fitness. And boot camp is different every day but is hard but fun. Go down and check it out and see for yourself.
