Fantastic experience: Iconz gym has been a game changer for our daughter. The owner and coach Manny has been instrumental in building our daughters confidence and resilience. We have seen her inner strength blossom as her physical strength has grown. Manny creates such a warm, supportive, professional and fun environment for people to thrive and grow in order to meet and exceed their individual goals. His calm nature along with his extensive sporting expertise is the perfect combination to bring out the best in his athletes. He trains people young and old and from all walks of life, with various physical abilities and he has built a space where everyone is valued and accepted and they want to come back to again and again.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak more highly of the Iconz crew. Manny, Curto and the ITC team not only provide skills and drills to improve speed, agility and technique, they’re also amazing role models who mentor everyone in their care. My son has been with Iconz since 2017 and in that time has also learnt the right form and techniques to confidently and safely navigate any gym. The strength and fitness he’s developed over the years blows my mind and the knowledge he’s learnt will be with him always, something that positions him well on his rugby journey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend ITC if you want a team that goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals!

Fantastic experience: Good programs for kids and reasonably priced. Not a plastic gym so don't expect that commercial functional fit types here. Has a rugby focus with expertise and technical knowledge. Also exercise phsyiologist on hand.
