Fantastic experience: I have been training with Nat for over 6 years. Nat is an exceptional trainer and human being. She has tailored and adjusted my sessions to suit every stage I have been at - for pregnancy, strength, rehab etc. Nat's knowledge of body, movement, muscles and nutrition is second to none. Fantastic experience: If anyone is looking for something different, this is for you. I was tired of gyms where you were judged. I wanted a trainer that listened to my concerns about my changing body, mind and eating habits. I wanted to change everything, but with Nat’s help I realised that change was constant. One thing I learnt right at the beginning of my journey when I was 38, would be different today now that I am 46. I do one of Nat’s resets every year. This allows me to check within… to make sure that I am staying on top of me. I also learn something new about myself each time as goals change. Just remember you can get as little or as much from one of Nat’s resets, but I guarantee you will be changed at the end of your journey.

you've hit the nail on the head Fiorella. We can't re-invent the wheel overnight - we need a Coach to guide us towards making sustainable, absolutely manageable changes to the way we do our days. Consistent daily action is where it is at, because our environment is going to throw us some serious curve-balls, constantly. I love that you commit to a RESET every year - honestly, a program like this is what every woman needs, every year. We need someone by our side to help us re-establish habits that may have fallen by the wayside. We need someone by our side to continue to educate us and share the latest evidence-based information. Fantastic experience: Since starting Nat’s exercise classes I feel strong, energised and physically resilient for the first time in years. Fantastic experience: Natalie's approach to fitness is unique to women aged 40 plus. Each class is different across the week to ensure the full range of mobility, power, and strength and conditioning exercises are covered. She is always ahead of the game with nutrition, health and wellbeing knowledge and shares her learnings openly with her clients. You will leave her class feeling empowered, having learned how to skilfully and intelligently move and breathe. It's also great fun !

Fantastic experience: Nat is an absolute inspiration and expert in this field. I have come from 20+ years in standard gyms and doing mainstream exercises and never have I felt more confident in my future health and well-being than I do now under Nat’s guidance - food and nutrition, exercises and general health and well-being. Fantastic experience: I’m older but I’m fitter, stronger, and healthier ‍♀️ thanks to Nat. Working with Nat has helped me to improve balance and flexibility, lose weight and also to realise that women of a "certain age" CAN be stronger fitter and healthier! I can do more now physically than I thought possible and I consider Nat a treasured friend. One who's easy to talk to, who listens and understands. Nat has the experience to make a difference. What a difference! Nat's also been a terrific help to both my husband and my brother-in-law. My husband was VERY reluctant to go and see Nat at first (so was my brother-in-law if I think about it!) but Nat's approach with them too was logical, her exercises practical and she explained the science behind all "homework" given to them so clearly that, after that first visit, they too became clients. And, both have seen very positive outcomes as a direct result.

Fantastic experience: Nat will take you where you’ve always wanted to be. Feeling vibrant, fit, and just more fabulous! Nat is a wealth of cutting edge fitness, biology, and nutrition knowledge. Has a natural joy and energy that inspires all of us in her coaching group. I hardly go to the Physio now and have a growing knowledge of how to eat well! Just the thing for a 50 year old!!
